MP NEET UG 2026-27: Fresh Registration Window Opens for Candidates Who Missed Round 1

DME Madhya Pradesh has opened a fresh registration link specifically for candidates who could not register for counselling before Round 1. This window is open from 5th September, 2026, to 6th September, 2026, until 11:30 PM.

Candidates who are already registered do not need to register again. This window is meant only for candidates who missed their chance to register ahead of the first round of State Combined Counselling.

Edit Facility Also Open in the Same Window

Alongside fresh registration, DME has opened an edit facility for already-registered candidates and fresh candidates alike, running through the same window — 5th to 6th September, 2026 (11:30 PM). Seat Increase at Two Medical Colleges

The National Medical Commission (NMC), New Delhi, has approved an increase in intake capacity at two medical colleges in Madhya Pradesh:

RKDF Medical College, Bhopal: increased from 150 to 200 seats — an addition of 50 seats.

Sukh Sagar Medical College, Jabalpur: increased from 200 to 250 seats — also an addition of 50 seats.

Together, this adds 100 new MBBS seats to Madhya Pradesh's overall counselling pool.

Where These New Seats Will Appear

DME has clarified that these increased seats will not be added to the current registration round directly — instead, they will be included in the Vacancy Chart for the Second Round of counselling. Candidates hoping to target RKDF Medical College or Sukh Sagar Medical College specifically should watch for the Round 2 vacancy chart rather than expecting these seats to appear during this fresh registration window.
