Key Details of the 2nd Round Schedule

Online Tuition Fee Payment is open from 14th September 2026 to 18th September 2026, up to 3:30 PM.

Offline Tuition Fee Payment, at the designated HDFC Bank branch, runs from 16th September 2026, 10:30 AM, to 18th September 2026, 3:30 PM.

Offline payment at the HDFC Bank branch can only be made during banking hours on working days.

Reporting & Original Document Submission at the Help Center runs from 16th September 2026, 10:00 AM, to 19th September 2026, 12:00 Noon.

Help Center working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.

Help Centers remain closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Reporting and document submission extends one day beyond the fee payment deadline, closing on 19th September rather than 18th September.

Key Eligibility & Requirements

Candidates must be included in the ACPUGMEC merit list for Government, Management, or NRI seats to be eligible for 2nd Round allotment.

Tuition Fee payment - online or offline at HDFC Bank - must be completed within the specified windows for the allotment to proceed.

Original document submission at the Help Center is mandatory and cannot be completed outside listed working hours.

Candidates using offline payment must plan around banking hours, since this option isn't available on Sundays, public holidays, or outside working hours.
